Step 1 - Consultation

Either in-person or in a Zoom meeting

Each project begins with a discussion of your vision and the number of illustrations you require

as well as pricing and payment.

Step 2 - Drafts

​

We obtain measurements of the facade, interior and furnishings.

You then receive the initial drafts

to view online for discussing and implementing necessary edits.

​

This is the time to adjust the composition to your satisfaction.

​

Step 3 - Production and Delivery

​

Although lead time is project specific, we aim for completion within 7 days.

Changing the artwork require additional time and cost.

Upon completion, your illustrations will arrive in an acid-free, archival box:

either on mounting or in a presentation portfolio.

​They will also be immediately downloadable as both JPG and PDF files.

​

Our 3D illustrations are purely freehand, uniquely omitting the use of a straight-edge.

Museum-quality paper and ink will further ensure archival longevity from within your own company

or your client's place of choice, such as a yacht or residence.
